摘要
[目的/意义]旨在构建高校图书馆员胜任力评价体系。[方法/过程]通过文献分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法汇总高校图书馆员胜任力评价指标,借助重要度计算方法,确定高校图书馆员胜任力评价指标权重。[结果/结论]该指标体系可划分为基准性胜任力要素和鉴别性胜任力要素,包括4个一级指标(知识和业务技能、工作态度、个人特质和潜能、认知能力)和30个二级指标。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to construct competency evaluation index system for university librarian.[Method/process]By means of documentation,expert interview and questionnaire survey,the paper summarizes competency evaluation indexes for university librarians,and determines their weight with the method of importance calculation.[Result/conclusion]The index system can be divided into basic factors and discriminatory factors,and contains four first-class indicators(including knowledge and professional skill,working attitude,individual traits and potential,and cognitive competence) and thirty second-class indicators.
