[目的/意义]探讨新技术新思维融合下的高校图书馆文献资源建设策略。[方法/过程]解读高校图书馆资源建设中可以运用的新技术和互联网思维,分析国内高校图书馆现行文献资源建设模式现状与问题,并探讨其在未来技术发展和思维创新下的建设策略。[结果/结论]高校图书馆应找准出发点,运用"社会化思维",以服务为导向开展资源建设;吸引用户参与,注重"用户思维",以多方式结合的建设模式优化资源建设;摸透用户需求,结合"大数据思维"和"平台思维",将以数据为参照的分析运用于资源建设;用好"极致思维",以专业化智库的建立保障资源建设;注重平台建设和优化用户体验,关注"流量思维",以良好的体验感受为调节器调整资源建设。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss the construction strategy of document resource for university libraries under the integration of new technology and new thinking.[Method/process]The paper explains the new technologies and the Internet thinking which can be applied in the construction of university library resources,and analyzes the status quo and problems of the current document resources construction model in domestic university libraries,and discusses the construction strategy with technology development and thinking innovation in future.[Result/conclusion]University libraries should find out their starting point,use the thinking of socialization,and take the service as the guidance to carry out resource construction; attract user participation,pay attention to user thinking,and optimize resource construction with the construction mode of multi-mode combination; grasp the user need,combine Big Data thinking with platform thinking,and apply the analysis based on data to resource construction; use the uttermost thinking well,and build professional think tank to guarantee resource construction; pay attention to platform construction and optimize the user experience,and focus on flow thinking,take good experience as regulator to adjust resource construction.
