近年来,河南省军民融合进程经历了跨越式发展。当前是军民科技由初步融合向深度融合的关键时期,给河南省军民科技融合带来了新的机遇的同时也带来了一些限制。本文将结合十九大军民融合相关内容,对河南省军民融合现状进行分析,总结军民科技进一步深度融合所面临的困境以及相关的对策和化解方式。

Recently,the civil-military integration in Henan Province has been through a leapfrog development.At present,it is the crucial period for the civil-military integration technology to merge from the initial integration to the deep integration,so that it has brought the integration of military and civilian technology in Henan both chances and restrictions.Combining with the policies made in the 19 th Chinese Communist Party National Congress on civil-military,this paper analyzes the current situation of civil-military integration in Henan,summarize the realistic predicament and the countermeasures when Henan takes a further integration of its civil and military technology.
