本文介绍了国内外智库发展的现状及成功典范、提出了科情智库的理想架构和流程。通过对科技查新内涵的最新诠释、结合"科技查新+"观点、科技查新工作内在优势等的阐述,揭示科技查新如何为"科情智库"建设服务,并以实际案例说明科技查新如何为科情智库建设服务,文中提出的一些观点供同行商榷,相互交流。

This paper introduces the development status and successful examples of domestic and foreign think tank,and puts forward the ideal framewrok and process of science information think-tank.Through the latest interpretation of sci-tech novelty retrieval's connotation,the expunding of the concept of"sci-tech novelty retrieval +"and the inherent advantages of sci-tech novelty retrieval work,it reveals how sci-tech novelty retroeval serve for the construction of"science information think-tank",and uses actual case to demonstrate how sci-tech novelty retroeval serve for the construction of science infromation think-tank.Some viewpoints presented in this paper need to be discussed by peers,are for mutual communication.
