农民工群体知识信息服务问题探讨——以漯河市图书馆为例

Discussion on Knowledge Information Service of Migrant Workers——Taking Luohe Library as an Example

通过对当前农民工群体现状分析得出,农民工文化程度偏低、知识信息储量少、职业技能缺乏、受社会排斥等,是制约农民工社会融入进程中的主要因素。面对这一问题,公共图书馆应主动担负起对农民工进行知识信息援助的职责。本文结合漯河市图书馆长期的实际工作经验,提出了为农民工提供知识信息服务的一些举措,既是为农民工提供的知识信息服务,一定要体现出针对性、持续性和多样性的特点。

Through analysis of the current status of migrant workers,it is concluded that low level of migrant workers' education,less knowledge and information reserves,lack of vocational skills and social exclusion are the main factors that restrict the process of social integration of migrant workers.In the face of this problem,the public library should take the initiative to undertake the responsibility of carrying out knowledge and information assistance to the migrant workers.Based on the long-term practical experience of Luohe Library,this paper puts forward some measures to provide knowledge and information services for migrant workers,which are knowledge and information services for migrant workers,and must reflect the characteristics of pertinence,sustainability and diversity.
