摘要 黄(骅南站)大(家洼站)铁路黄河特大桥主桥顶推施工具有顶推重量大、距离长、顶推点多等特点,要求滑动面具有较高的抗压、耐磨性能。通过对顶推滑动面组成材料进行试验对比,合理选择润滑剂,最终选用MGB板、20 mm Q345B钢板+5 mm不锈钢板热轧熔合滑道板加二硫化钼锂基润滑脂为核心的滑动面,成功克服了以往顶推中易出现的滑道板起鼓褶皱、脱离更换等问题,保证了顶推施工顺利进行。 The incremental launching construction of the main bridge of the Yellow River Bridge in Huang( hua south station)-Da( jiawa station) Railway has such characteristics as large self-weight of steel truss girder, long distance,many launching points.It is required that the sliding surface has higher properties on compression and wear resistance.The composition material of sliding surface for incremental launching was tested and compared,and the grease was selected reasonably in this paper. The final selection of MGB plate,20 mmQ345 B steel plate + 5 mm stainless steel plate hot rolling fusion of slide plate and the sliding surface with molybdenum disulfide lithium grease as the core, successfully overcomes the problems of drums and folds of the slide plate,detachment and replacement,ensures the smooth construction of incremental launching.
