摘要
针对PCBA板表面缺陷检测的需求设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的PCBA板表面缺陷检测系统。系统通过工业摄像机采集PCBA板的图像,然后对图像进行矫正得到标准图像,再使用模版匹配算法获得待检测区域图像,最后通过提取的相关特征对PCBA板载芯片完备情况和芯片引脚飞出等缺陷进行了相关检测,并将信息记录入数据库。通过系统的运行验证本PCBA板表面缺陷检测系统是有效的。
For the need of surface defect detection of printed circuit board assembly,a surface detection system of printed circuit board assembly based on virtual instrument is designed in this paper.In this system,industrial camera is used to capture images of object,then standard image is obtained by correct skew image,after that template matching algorithm is applied to get region of interest,in the end with features extracting from chips and pins,the integrity of the onboard chip and the chip fly out defects are detected and recorded in the database.
