基于PDM&PWM混合控制的双向DC/DC变换器研究

摘要 隔离式双向DC/DC变换器近年来在智能微网、电动汽车和储能系统等领域得到了广泛的应用。但隔离式双向DC/DC变换器在低功率段能量效率不高,针对这一问题,提出一种脉冲密度和脉冲宽度(PDM&PWM)混合控制策略,通过动态调整变换器在单位时间内的工作周期数目和限制变换器在单工作周期内的最小占空比,确保变换器在全功率范围的软开关工作状态、降低变压器励磁损耗占比,进而提高变换器在低功率段能量效率。混合控制策略在隔离型全桥推挽式双向DC/DC变换器中的应用结果验证了提出控制策略的有效性。 A hybrid control strategy of PDM&PWM is proposed in this paper.That the number of working cycles per unit time is adjusted dynamically and the minimum duty cycle of driver signal is limited is adopted to ensure converters work with the soft switching state in the full power range and reduce the loss of transformers.The hybrid control strategy of PDM&PWM is validated in a 500 VA isolated full bridge push-pull bi-directional DC/DC converter.
