摘要
《首都计划》是第一部中国人自主编制的城市总体规划,开创了国内有计划建设城市公共绿地的先河。解读民国南京《首都计划》中公园系统规划的布局结构与绿地类型。通过时间维度与空间维度的对比,评价了《首都计划》中公园系统规划科学理性的规划程序、传承特色的城市空间与装点美化的规划实质。总结了《首都计划》中公园系统规划对现代的启示,主要表现在:借鉴西方先进思想,改善城市风貌形象;梳理城市山水关系,构建城市绿地格局;尊重城市历史环境,保护传承历史文化;考虑经济社会效益,注重城市近远结合。
The Capital Plan is the first national self-compiled urban master plan, pioneeringly creating a domestic city planning to build a public green land. The layout structure and green space type of park system planning in Nanjing Capital Plan were analyzed. Through the comparison of the time dimension and the spatial dimension, the authors evaluate the planning procedure of the scientifc planning of the park system planning in the Capital Plan, and carry on the planning essence of the urban space and the beautifcation of the decoration. This paper summarizes the revelation of the park system planning in the Capital Plan, mainly in： drawing on the western advanced ideas, improving the image of the city style; combing the urban landscape relationship, constructing the urban green space pattern; respecting the historical environment of the city, protecting the historical and cultural heritage; considering economic and social benefts; and paying attention to the city near-far combination.
