摘要
以公司产品为例,详细介绍了重力轴式排气防爆装置和爆破片式排气防爆装置的结构及工作原理,分析了这2种装置的优缺点及使用过程中出现的问题,提出了改进措施;同时提出了新的设计思路,为后续的燃气发动机排气防爆装置设计提供了一些参考。
The structure and working principle of exhaust explosion-proof device of gravity axis andblasting types are introduced in detail with the products of a company as examples. Theadvantages and disadvantages of the two types of device and the problems in the process of usage areanalyzed, and some improvement measures are put forward. At the same time, a new design idea is proposedof adjustable exhaust explosion-proof device of mechanical spring type to provide reference for the furtherimprovement of exhaust explosion-proof device.
