摘要 指出了丰田制造系统的由来在于通过改善活动消除公司内存在的各种形式浪费。只有消除生产制造作业中的7种浪费:生产过剩、现场等候时间、无效运输、不当加工处理、库存、无效动作、不良品,才能实现降低成本的目标。归纳了生产过程中常用的几种消除浪费、降低成本的方法:通过看板传输信息;根据市场需求制造,并决定每日制造序列的制造平顺化;标准化操作;目视控制系统;改善活动。 The origin of the TOYOTA production system is stated and its initial purpose is to eliminatevarious forms of waste in a company through improvement activities. Only by eliminating seven kinds ofwastes in production and manufacturing operations, i.e. excess production, on-site waiting time, ineffectivetransportation, improper processing, inventory, invalid action, defect goods, can the goal of reducing costs beachieved. Several commonly used methods to eliminate waste and reduce cost in production process aresummarized, i.e. the information transmission through the Kanban, smooth manufacturing according to themarket demand and daily manufacturing sequence, standard operation, visual control system, as well asimprovement activities.
