呼吸圈活动对提高COPD患者无创机械通气依从性的价值分析

Analysis of the Values of Respiratory Ring Activity in Improving the Compliance of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation of COPD Patients

目的:探讨呼吸圈活动对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者无创机械通气依从性的应用价值。方法:通过组建呼吸圈小组,小组成员相互配合、互相支持,分析COPD患者无创机械通气依从性低的原因,运用常见管理工具方法,制定相应的整改措施,并对患者在临床上进行实施。结果:患者不依从性活动前为60.00%,活动后为12.50%,活动前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。目标达标率为154.47%,进步率为79.18%。结论:呼吸圈活动应用在COPD患者无创机械通气的治疗中,可明显提高COPD患者依从性。

Objective: To discuss the values of respiratory ring activity applied to improve the compliance of noninvasive mechanical ventilation(NIMV) of the patients suffering chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: By organizing respiratory ring team, the members of the team cooperated and supported mutually, the reasons of low compliance of noninvasive mechanical ventilation of COPD patients were analyzed by using common management tool and method, the corresponding rectification measures were established and carried out in clinic.Results: Non-compliance before the activity was 60% and the rate was 12.5% after the activity, and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison before and after the activity(P <0.05). Target compliance rate was154.47%, progress rate was 79.18 %. Conclusion: The application of respiratory ring activity to NIMV of COPD patients could raise therapeutic compliance of COPD patients notably.
