穴位按摩联合延续护理对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量及免疫功能的影响

The Effects of Acupoint Massage Combined with Extended Care on Quality Life and Immunologic Function of the Patients after the Surgery of Mammary Cancer

目的:探讨穴位按摩联合延续护理对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:将62例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各31例,2组均给予术后延续性护理,观察组同时给予穴位按摩。比较2组患者生活质量及免疫功能情况。结果:躯体状况、社会和家庭状况、功能状况、情感状况和乳腺癌特异模块得分及总分观察组均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血CD4^+、NK和LAK观察组明显高于对照组,外周血CD8^+观察组明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合延续护理能够有效改善乳腺癌患者术后生活质量,提高免疫功能。

Objective: To discuss the influence of acupoint massage combined with extended care on quality of life and immunologic function of the patients after the surgery of mammary cancer. Methods: All 62 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 31 cases each group. Both groups accepted postoperative extended care, the observation group were given acupoint massage simultaneously. The conditions of immunologic function and quality of life of both groups were compared. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in the scales and total scales somatic condition, social and family conditions, functional condition, emotional conditions and specific module of mammary cancer, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of CD4^+, NK and LAK in peripheral blood notably,lower than the control group in the levels of CD8^+ in peripheral blood obviously, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint massage combined with extended care could effectively improve quality of life and immunologic function of the patients after the surgery of mammary cancer.
