摘要
以形象权的相关理论为切入点,对体育运动员形象权的内涵和外延进行界定,通过对体育运动员形象权使用与限制进行分析,提出保护体育运动员形象权的具体建议,以期为促进体育运动的健康发展提供参考。
The relevant theories of image rights are taken as the starting point,the connotations and extension ofathletes' image rights are defined,the specific suggestions of protecting athletes' image rights are put forward byanalyzing the usages and limitations of athletes' image rights in order to provide references for boosting thehealthy developments of sports.
