山西省武术运动员功能性动作筛查与运动损伤的相关性研究

Study on the corredation between FMS and athletic injury of wushu athlates in Shanxi Province

采用文献资料法、数理统计法对山西省武术运动员功能性动作筛查结果及伤病情况进行相关分析,旨在为减少运动员伤病发生率提供参考。结果显示:山西省武术运动员运动损伤主要集中在腰部和膝关节;功能性动作筛查得分均达到及格标准;功能性动作筛查得分与运动损伤具有显著的负相关性,山西省武术运动员功能性动作筛查得分低于15分时,其运动损伤的发生概率会大幅增加。

The wushu athletes' actions are screened and their injury is inspected in Shanxi Province,thescreening data and the injury situation are analyzed by the means of literature review and mathematical statistics.The results show: the wushu athletes' injured parts are mainly in the waists and knee joints; the scores ofscreening functional movements have met the standard levels. The scores of screening functional movements andathletic injury have some negative correlations. When the Wushu athletes' scores of screening functionalmovements are lower than 15, the rate of injury will increase dramatically.
