摘要
运用文献资料法、录像分析法、实地观察法,对我国自由式滑雪空中技巧队夏训期的负荷量、负荷结构、训练周期的合理性及出台技术改进的必要性进行分析,结果显示:根据参赛目标,训练时女子以二周台技术动作为主,男子以三周台技术动作为主;水池训练周期不断加深巩固基本动作和技术;髋关节角度改进成果良好,能够显著提高运动员出台、空中动作的质量。
By using the method of literature, video analysis, field observation on the load of national FreestyleAerials team during the period, the rationality of load structure and training period, the introduction of thetechnical improvement is necessary for analysis. The results show: according to the goal of the competition, whentraining women dominated by two weeks of technical action the man with three weeks of Taiwan technicalmovement; pool training cycle deepening to consolidate the basic movements and techniques; hip angle improvedgood results, can significantly improve the quality of athletes introduced, air movement.
