前列化浊丸联合左氧氟沙星治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills Combined with Levofloxacin in Treating Ⅲ A Prostatitis

目的:观察并评价前列化浊丸联合左氧氟沙星治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的效果。方法:选取2015年7月至2017年2月104例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组52例,对照组接受常规治疗,即内服左氧氟沙星,0.2g/1次,3次/d,及给予前列腺按摩治疗,1次/周;实验组:给予临床常规治疗的同时口服我院自制的前列化浊丸,6g/1次,2次/d。连续治疗5周后观察两组患者的疗效,并对比分析两组患者的NIH-CPSI评分(疼痛不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分)、前列腺液中白细胞(EPS-WBC)、最大尿流率的改变情况。结果:两组患者经过5周的治疗后NIH-CPSI评分结果均较治疗前显著降低,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚;实验组的总体显效率及总体有效率均较对照组明显升高,其差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚;治疗后实验组及对照组患者的EPS-WBC计数均较治疗前明显降低,两组结果差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚,两组患者治疗后最大尿流率较治疗前显著升高﹙P<0.05﹚。结论:前列化浊丸联合左氧氟沙星治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎能明显改善患者的盆腔、会阴疼痛,尿频、尿不尽,性功能障碍等症状,缓解患者的精神抑郁、焦虑状态。

Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy of the Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis. Methods: One hundred and four patients with typeⅢA prostatitis admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2017,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. There were Fifty-two cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment,oral Levofloxacin,0. 2 gram/Time,once daily,and given prostate massage therapy,1 times/week; experimental group: to give clinical routine treatment while oral Self-made Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills,6 gram/time,two times daily. After 5 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared the NIH-CPSI score( Pain score,Urinary symptom score,Life quality score),white blood cell( EPS-WBC) in the prostatic fluid,Maximum urinary flow rate changes. Results: The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment( P < 0.05). The overall significant efficiency rate and overall effective rate of the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The EPS-WBC counts in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). The maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The Qian Lie Hua Zhuo Pills combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis can obviously improve the symptoms of pelvic cavity,perineal pain,urinary frequency,urinary incontinence,sexual dysfunction and so on,alleviate the patients' mental depression and anxiety.
