摘要
讨论了多台设备同步控制的重要性和采用计算机数字PID过程调节法来控制多台设备同步运动的可行性、优点以及存在的问题,并通过采用该方法去控制3台造波机同步工作的仿真实验验证了这些观点的正确性。同时还介绍了实际系统模型的辩识和PID控制算法的选取。
In this paper, we discuss the importance of simultaneous controlling of multi-equipmentand the feasibility, advantage, and problems of this controlling method by using PIDprocess regulation. We verified its validity in a simulation of 3 wave-generations'simultaneity. In the end, we introduce how to recognize a practical system-model andhow to select the way of PID controlling algorithm.
