经阴道三维超声对宫内节育器位置异常的诊断与分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:应用经阴道三维超声检查观察与分析宫内节育器位置异常。方法:自2016年1月~2016年6月,对在本院超声科就诊的经阴道三维超声检查患者发现宫内节育器后用三维模式辩认节育器的形态及节育器于宫腔内的位置。结果:自2016年1月~2016年6月,在本科室就诊的经阴道三维超声检查患者6411例,其中有2392例可见节育器回声。应用三维模式可辨认的节育器形状有:I形,O形,T形,V形,Y形、宫腔形、伽玛形,伞形。共发现节育器位置异常共198例,单纯位置下移110例,节育器偏转48例,节育器嵌顿33例(其中2例节育器穿透子宫肌壁),位置下移伴宫内妊娠者7例。结论:各种形状的节育器均可能发生位置异常,在节育器位置异常时V形节育器更易发生嵌顿甚至穿出子宫肌壁。 Objective: Observe and analysis malpositiond intrauterine devices(IUD) via three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound. Methods: From January 2016 to June 2016, 6411 patients had undergone 3 D-TVUS in our hospital. After 2392 patients had been detected within IUD, the shape and location of IUD was displayed by 3 D mode. Results: In our study, 2392 patients had been detected with IUD in our hospital. The shapes of the IUD displayed by 3 D-TVUS were:I, O, T, V, Y, uterine cavity shape, Gama shape, umbrella shape. 198 abnormal IUD position cases had been reported, including 110 inferior positioning cases, 48 IUD rotation cases, 33 IUD embedment cases(include 2 uterine perforation cases), 7 intrauterine pregnancy with IUD cases. Conclusion: IUD malposition may occur in any shape of IUD, while V shape IUD has more potential to insert or penetrate uterus.
