雾化吸入器联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Children with Chronic Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察经压缩式雾化吸入器吸入孟鲁斯特雾化悬液治疗小儿慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的小儿慢性支气管哮喘患儿134例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组67例和对照组67例,入院后两组患儿均给予止咳平喘抗炎的药物治疗,睡前服用孟鲁斯特。观察组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。观察比较两组的临床症状及体征的消失时间。结果:观察组疗效总有效率为95.52%,明显优于对照组的85.07%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间及呼吸困难等临床症状消失时间均明显缩短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿慢性支气管哮喘的临床效果显著,无不良反应,能快速缓解患儿哮喘症状,值得临床推广。

Objective： To bserve the clinical efficacy and applicability of compressed atomization inhaler montelukast atomization suspension in the treatment of children with chronic bronchial asthma. Method： In our hospital from December 2014-2015 year in December admitted to the pediatric chronic bronchial asthma in 134 cases as the research object, randomly divided into two groups randomly, the observation group 67 cases and control group 67 cases, drug treatment at the time of the two groups of children were given anti-inflammatory cough and asthma, before taking montelukast. The observation group was given budesonide inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs was observed and compared between the two groups. Result： The observation group the total effective rate was 95.52%, significantly better than the control group 85.07%, two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the observation group with recovery time of body temperature and breathing difficulties disappear time were significantly reduced, statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of inhaled budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with chronic bronchial asthma significantly, no adverse reaction, can quickly relieve asthma symptoms, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
