摘要
文章介绍了一种医用红外线治疗舱,该治疗舱利用远红外线的生理效应,采用3个高精度NTC实时监控舱内温度,结合PWM方式调节发热体中的电流值,实现对产品温度的精确控制。模拟升温实验证实了产品的升温速度和内部空间温度的均匀性均符合要求,红外线相关性能测试结果为产品的使用效果提供了保障。
A medical infrared treatment cabin has been introduced in this paper, Based on the physiological efects of far infrared, the cabin attained the real-time temperature in it with the help of the three high precision NTC, also realized accurate control of temperature using the PWM function. The simulated temperature experiment confrmed that the heating speed and the uniformity of internal space temperature meet the requirements. the results of Infrared performance confrmed the efect of the products.
