医用抗菌凝胶喷剂抑菌效果的研究

Study on the Bacteriostatic Effect of Medical Antibacterial Gel Spray

目的:研究医用抗菌凝胶喷剂的抑菌效果。方法:分别参考GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》抑菌性能试验和《消毒技术规范(2002年版)》抑菌环试验方法,对该医用抗菌凝胶喷剂的抑菌效果进行评价。结果:该医用抗菌凝胶喷剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均>99.9%;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌环直径平均值分别为16.39mm、20.00mm、8.82mm。结论:该医用抗菌凝胶喷剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌均具有较强的抑菌效果。

Objective： To study the bacteriostatic efect of the medical antibacterial gel spray. Methods： The bacteriostatic test and bacteriostatic ring test were used to investigate bacteriostatic efect of the medical antibacterial gel spray. Results： The bacteriostatic rates of medical antibacterial gel spray to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were more than 99.9%. The diameter of bacteriostatic rings of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were 16.39mm, 20.00mm and 8.82mm, respectively. Conclusion： Medical antibacterial gel spray has strong bacteriostatic efect on bacteria propagules and fungi.
