结合全日制控制工程硕士研究生培养目标,针对专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养存在的问题,从学生校外顶岗实习、参与导师科研项目和在校内实训基地接受实训等方面入手,提出解决方案.结合社会对毕业生能力的需求导向,建立具有实用价值的实训基地用于专业学位硕士实践能力的培养.

With the training objectives of full time master of control engineering the paper aims at the problems existing inthe training of practical ability for postgraduates starting from the aspects of students′ extracurricular internships participatingscientific research projects and learning in the school training base propose solution.Combining the social demand for graduates′ability we establish a practical training base for the training of practical ability of professional master.
