摘要
基于创新驱动发展理论,采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,对经济转型升级影响因素构建模型,并运用AHP法进行权重分析,实证分析辽宁经济转型升级的影响因素,在此基础上提出了加快辽宁经济转型升级的对策建议。
Based on innovation-driven development theory, the paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, constructing a model for factors of economic transformation and upgrading,using AHP method to do weightiness analysis, which analyzes factors of Liaoning economic transformation and upgrading.Further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning economy.
