摘要
基于前人的相关研究,首先界定科技服务业的内涵与外延,然后以北京市为例,对科技服务业的发展现状进行梳理,发现北京市科技服务业在第三产业中的占比已超1/2,对国民经济的贡献越来越大,行业发展形势向好,但存在行业内部发展不均衡、劳动力短缺和产业发展效率低等问题。运用因子分析法,对国内省市的科技服务业发展水平进行评价,结合北京市科技服务业与发达国家和城市的对比分析,为北京市科技服务业的发展提供相应的发展路径。
Based on the previous studies, this paper firstly defines the connotation and denotation of science and technology service industry, then takes Beijing as an example, and summarizes the current situation of science and technology service industry. It is found that the science and technology service industry in Beijing has accounted for more than 50% in its tertiary industry. Moreover, it takes a greater contribution to national economy. Therefore, it has a great development prospect. However, there are still some problems such as imbalanced internal industry development, labor shortage, and low efficiency of industry development. So this paper provides the corresponding development paths for the development of Beijing science and technology service industry which depends on the factor analysis method to evaluate the development level of domestic provinces and contrastive analysis between Beijing and international cities.
