摘要
校长承载着学校改革与发展的重要价值使命。校长领导的实践取向及教育领导理论的价值诉求表明校长领导要实现价值转型,即走向校长领导伦理。校长领导伦理是指校长在学校场域中,围绕学校育人目标,在引领、指导学校教育实践活动中,所遵循的价值与道德系统以及自觉性规范体系的总称,包括德性伦理与制度伦理。校长领导伦理的实施是校长领导德性伦理与制度伦理有机统一的过程,校长领导的德性伦理要求校长领导应在"人的意义世界"中展开,注重价值理念的引领及重视专业权威的影响;校长领导的制度伦理要求校长领导要使学校管理制度渗透着人性价值,体现着公共意志与公共利益以及实现效率与效益的统一。
Principal bears the important mission of school reform and development. The practice orientation of principal leadership and the value proposition of educational leadership theory indicate that the principal leadership should realize the value transformation, that is, to the principal leadership ethics. Principal leadership ethics refers to the value and moral system and consciousness of the normative system which lead and guide the school education practice around the school education goal in the school field, including virtue ethics and system ethics. The implementation of principal leadership ethics is the organic unity of the principal leadership virtue ethics and system ethics. The principal leadership virtue ethics should be launched in "the meaning of human world" with the emphasis on the leading of the value concept and the importance of professional authority. The principal leadership system ethics requires that the principal's leadership should make the school management system permeate the value of human nature and reflect the unity of public will and public interests and the realization of efficiency and benefit.
