关于缩小中西部优质高等教育资源区域内差距的思考

中国高等教育区域布局非均衡主要表现在中西部省区高等教育落后于东部省区,而中西部省区高等教育"发达区——欠发达区"的形成则是造成这种局面的主要原因。当前,在实施中西部高等教育振兴计划的过程中,应当把关注重点放在高等教育欠发达省区,提升这些省区高等教育的水平,实现中西部省区高等教育的均衡发展,为全面实现全国高等教育均衡发展奠定基础。

The disequilibrium of China＇s regional distribution of higher education is mainly reflected in the less development in the Midwest provinces than that in the eastern regions. The formation of developed regions and less developed regions of higher education in the Midwest area is the main reason of this situation. At present, in the process of the implementation of ＂the Midwest Higher Education Revitalization Plan＂, we should focus on the less developed regions to promote their level of higher education, to maintain a balanced development of the Midwest higher education, and to lay a foundation for the balanced development of higher education throughout our countrv.
