医学教育人才培养体系建设的探索——以温州医科大学为例 被引量:7

Exploration on the Construction of Talent Training System in Medical Education——A Case Study of Wenzhou Medical University

摘要 我国医学教育面临高等教育大众化与精英医学教育要求之间的矛盾。基于人与社会和谐发展视角,以国际视野对我国医学教育所面临的现实问题进行深入分析。温州医科大学依托医教研一体,探索阶梯递进实践体系;注重科教融合、生命体验,完善学生人文科学素养整合教育体系;搭建基于对接与对话的教育国际化平台;实施全科医生的"国标省统,县管乡用"培养模式。探讨我国医学教育人才培养体系与模式建构,为医学教育乃至高等教育改革、人才培养体系与模式建构提供参照。 China medical education is confronted with the contradiction between the higher education popularization and the requirements of elite medical education. Based on the perspective of human and social harmonious development, the practical problems faced by China medical education are analyzed deeply with international view. Wenzhou Medical University has explored the integration of medical teaching and research and ladder progressive practice system. Focused on the integrated education system of the science and education and students" life experience, students" humanistic scientific literacy has been improved. An international education platform has been constructed based on connection and communication. The training mode of "unified provincial enrollment and examination under national standards and county hospital management of general practitioners working for rural grassroots medical institutions" has been carried out. Discussing the training system and pattern construction of China medical talents education can provide references for the reform of the medical education and the higher education, the training system as well as the model construction.
