摘要
介绍了蒸发冷却和机械制冷相结合的集中空调系统的结构、原理和运行模式。分析了3种运行模式最佳运行工况的测试结果。结合典型数据中心的特点,提出了适合的空调系统形式:直接使用新风+封闭冷通道和间接使用新风+封闭热通道。结合西北地区的气候特点,统计了2种空调系统方案对应运行模式下送风温度不超过20℃的有效供冷时间,并得出了蒸发冷却全年时间占比。
Presents the structure, principle and operation modes of the evaporative cooling central air conditioning system combined with mechanical refrigeration. Analyses the measurement results of optimal operation condition of three operation modes. Combined with the characteristics of typical data centers, presents the suitable air conditioning forms: direct use of outdoor air supply plus enclosed cold channel and indirect use of outdoor air supply plus enclosed hot channel. Combined with the climatic characteristics of northwest region of China, calculates the effective cooling time with air supply temperature no higher than 20 ℃ under the corresponding operation modes of two air conditioning systems, and obtains the annual available time ratio of evaporative cooling.
