摘要
基于空气能热泵结霜过程和除霜技术的研究,以提高热泵工况的环境适应性、可靠性和节能为目标,研发了以"温差"为控制参数的智能除霜控制技术。该技术具有在线辩识和修正控制参数的功能,可根据热泵运行时蒸发温度与室外温度的差值变化,判定除霜进入点;依据除霜过程的耗时和回气温度评估除霜质量,自修正除霜控制参数以获取最佳的制热效果。实验和应用研究表明:空气能热泵在较宽的室外温度变化范围运行可靠、稳定,能适时把握除霜的进入点、除霜干净。
Based on the frosting process and defrosting technique in the air energy heat pump, this paper proposed an intelligent defrosting technique taking "temperature difference" as control parameter applied to the air energy heat pump to improve the adaptability to weather, its reliability to save energy. The defrosting control method could tell and modify the control parameter and could determine when to start defrosting according to the temperature difference between evaporating temperature and outdoor temperature. Based on the defrosting time and the temperature of returned gas from the evaporator, the defrosting effect could be evaluated. Therefore, the self- adjust control parameter could be adjusted according to the evaluation to help heating system work more efficiently. The results of the experiment and applied research indicate that the work of the air energy heat pump is reliable and stable in a wide environmental temperature zone, and control method can judge the right time plot to defrost and remove the frost entirely.
