世界系统化不可能建立在前资本主义文明基础上,资本主义文明才能够并事实上实现了地球人类的系统化。世界系统化是一个漫长过程,从鸦片战争到19世纪末为它的完成期,其核心运作是中国作为半殖民地并入世界系统中。由此规定了中国在世界系统中独特的地位和担当。高举构建人类命运共同体的大旗,是今后中国的世界担当。

The systematization of human world cannot base on the pre-capitalist civilization,and it is a long process from the opium war to the end of the 19 th century.The significant landmark is that China has joined in the systematization as a semi-colony.Hence,Chinese unique position and responsibility is designated and Chinese commitment is to hoist the flag to face the fate of human community.
