摘要 传统循环水泵运行优化结果存在可操作性差、不能有效指导机组经济运行的问题,为降低循环水泵启停次数、控制循环水泵高低速切换次数,结合循环水泵配置特点,提出了增强循环水泵运行优化结果可操作性的方法。实例分析某600MW机组循环水泵运行优化结果,增强可操作性后的运行优化可有效降低循环水泵启停次数,并有效控制了循环水泵高低速切换次数,为循环水泵运行优化结果的贯彻实施、提高机组运行经济性提供了有效指导建议。 There are problems about bad operability and guidance with the traditional circulating water pump optimization method, in order to decrease the number of start and stop of circulating water pump, control the number of circulating water pump switching speeds, considering the configuration characters of circulating water pump, a new method is proposed to improve operability of circulating water pump optimization. Case analysis of a 600MW unit circulating water pump optimization is conducted, the result shows that with the new method, the number of start and stop of circulating water pump could be effectively reduced and the number of circulating water pump switching speeds also get effective control, this new method could provide effective guidance for conducting the optimization of circulating water pump and improve power unit operational efficiency.
