摘要
对核电汽轮机凝汽器开展在线胶球清洗前后总体传热系数与机组功率变化规律的试验研究。针对某国产百万千瓦级核电机组凝汽器自带在线胶球清洗系统,利用热平衡与热传递原理建立凝汽器传热效率试验模型,实测胶球清洗前后凝汽器的热力参数,利用HEI公式分析凝汽器总体传热系数与清洁度的变化规律,并结合核电汽轮机背压变化的微增出力曲线评估功率提升情况。试验结果表明,普通胶球能快速清除传热管中的海洋软质污垢,提高凝汽器清洁度3%后基本保持稳定,机组出力提高约1MW。研究表明,我国南方滨海核电厂安装胶球清洗系统后的经济性显著提升,混合使用普通橡胶球与金刚砂胶球并采用间断方式运行的效率最高。
The experimental study on nuclear power steam turbine condenser's overall heat transfer coefficient and unit's power variation is carried out before and after the rubber ball cleaning. As to a 1000MW nuclear power steam turbine condenser with rube cleaning system, whose heat transfer efficiency model established using the heat balance and heat transfer principle and whose thermodynamic parameters measured before and after the rubber ball cleaning. Then condenser overall heat transfer coefficient and cleanliness's variation are calculated by HEI formula. At last unit power advancement is evaluated by nuclear steam turbine back pressure and incremental output power variation curve. The experimental result shows that soft dirt in heat transfer tube can quickly cleared, and the cleanliness would increases 3% then, which bring the unit output increases by about 1MW. Studies show that economy would significantly improve for coastal nuclear power plant in South China after installing the rubber ball cleaning system, whose most efficient mode is Intermittent running with normal rubber ball and emery bail mixture use.
