摘要
风力发电并网调度可以有效地缓解发电企业的高碳排放现状,但受限于风力发电的不稳定性和预测难度大,现有的风力发电并网调度存在较大障碍。本文将碳排放视为风力发电并网调度的一个目标,基于碳市场对碳价作出刻画,并用IEEE30节点系统对发电侧的风电并网调度进行仿真。通过对模型相关参数的讨论,探讨了对风力发电并网调度的影响的因素及其影响方式,在此基础上给出风电并网调度中碳目标引入后的有关建议。
Due to instability and indeterminacy, there is a big obstacle in the existing wind power generation and its dispatch on grid. In this paper, the cost of carbon, described by the carbon price of the carbon market, is set as a target for the wind power generation and grid scheduling. After that, solve the problem using simulation of IEEE30 test system. Finally, by discussing the impact of model parameters in wind power generation and grid scheduling, some relevant policy advice and suggestions for the introduction of wind power grid scheduling is given.
