摘要
基于合作与竞争理论,文章构建企业外部合作目标通过供应链外部整合影响企业创新和新产品开发绩效的"目标—互动—结果"模型,并考察市场环境动态性的调节作用。利用结构方程模型和多步中介效应检验原理对233家企业数据进行分析,结果表明:企业与供应商、企业与顾客企业之间合作目标分别通过促进供应商整合、顾客整合对探索式创新产生积极影响,进而提高新产品开发绩效;高市场环境动态性下探索式创新更有助于新产品开发绩效的提高。
The current research develops a model, based on the theory of cooperation and competition, to clarify the cooperative goals interdependence with suppliers and distributors and their interactions that contribute to firm innovation and new product development performance. Moreover, this study examines how market dynamics moderates the effectiveness of exploratory innovation. Results of structural equation modeling and multi--step mediation effect test from 233 Chinese firms sample suggest that developing cooperative goals between companies and suppliers and companies and distributors individually strengthen the supplier integration and customer integration. These integrations in turn do benefit to explora- tory innovation that is conducive to improving the new product development performance for companies. In addition, our findings reveal that pursuing exploratory innovation is more effective in highly dynamic market environments.
