为提升应急案例质量,解决案例内容缺失问题,提高案例研究与决策的准确性与适用性,提出了一种面向网络新闻的应急案例缺失信息补充方法。首先,根据突发事件情景演变的特点,将案例基于知识元理论进行情景表示;然后从相似案例集中获取待补充案例的愿景案例要素集补充案例的缺失要素,并基于愿景案例构建描述案例各情景完整性的矩阵B,识别案例中的缺失信息;进而从网络新闻文本中抽取缺失的属性值,并通过比较可信度处理抽取值冲突;最后,依据静态与动态属性的划分进行矩阵B的借位补充,完成案例补充的完整过程。

To improve the quality of emergency case, solve the problem of case missing information, and enhance the applicability and accuracy of case study and decision-making, it proposes an method on missing information supplement for emergency case based on network news. According to the characteristics of the emergency scenario revolution, presents the emergency case＇s scenario representation method based on knowledge element. Then, obtains vision case of the case from the similar cases, and builds the matrix describing the integrity of case scenario based on vision case to find the missing information in the case. Extracts the missing attribute values from network news, and solve conflict of attribute values by comparing the credibility. Finally, completes borrow supplement through dividing static and dynamic properties.
