即时断蒂治疗足趾移植顽固性动脉痉挛

Treatment of die-card arteriospasm in toe transplantation with amputating pedicle promptly

目的介绍即时性断蒂在足趾移植术中发生顽固性动脉痉挛时应用的可行性。方法对5例足趾移植术中动脉顽固性痉挛(其中150min1例,120min2例,90min1例,60min1例)不缓解者即时断蒂移植。结果5例移植足趾全部成活。结论足趾移植时即时性断蒂是解决手术中顽固性动脉痉挛的有效方法,其作用机制尚待进一步研究。

Objective To introduce the practicability of treating die-card blood circulation crisis in toe transplantation with am putating pedicle promptly.Methods Five cases of transplantation which vascular pedicle cricked obstinately and did not re-laxed in operation(1case for150minutes,2cases for120minutes,1case for90minutes,1case for60minues)were am-putated pedicle promptly.Results All transplanted toes survived.Conclusion It is an effective method in treating die-card blood circu la tion crisis of transplanted toe,and the mechanism has been researching.
