摘要
前列腺癌是男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其严重危害着男性的身体健康。以往的前列腺癌诊断方法对于疾病的位置、分期及负荷程度的评估具有一定局限性,这种局限性导致该类患者临床治疗不足或过度的情况发生。然而,随着近年来分子代谢显像技术的快速发展,前列腺癌的诊断水平有所提高,治疗效果亦有所改善。分子显像的诸多技术对组织代谢较敏感,为前列腺癌的诊断、分期及治疗提供了更准确的依据,其中正电子发射断层显像/计算机断层扫描、磁共振波谱成像及多参数磁共振成像已广泛用于临床实践及研究中。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in men, which seriously affects the health of men. In the past, the diagnostic method of prostate cancer had some limitations on the evaluation of the location, staging and load of the disease, which led to the insufficient or excessive clinical treatment of such patients. However, with the rapid development of molecular metabolism imaging technology in recent years ,the diagnosis of prostate cancer has improved and the therapeutic effect has also been improved. Many techniques of molecular imaging are more sensitive to tissue metabolism,which provides a more accurate basis for the diagnosis, staging and treatment of prostate cancer. Positron emission tomography/computed tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging have been widely used in clinical practice and research.
