超声乳化白内障手术对糖尿病性视网膜和黄斑病变影响的研究进展

Study Progress of the Effect of Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery on Diabetic Retinal and Macular Lesions

糖尿病是常见的慢性病之一,引起的眼部并发症较多,其中糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)及白内障是糖尿病患者视力下降的主要原因,两者常常并存。糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者发生白内障的风险更大,发生时间更早。故糖尿病合并白内障患者更有必要行白内障手术,不仅可改善视力还可早发现、早诊断、早治疗DR患者。但仍有部分患者术后视力得不到改善。白内障手术可加速DR的进展,致使黄斑水肿的发生率较正常人明显增加,是糖尿病患者白内障术后视力差的主要原因。

Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases, causing various ocular complications, among which diabetic retinopathy（DR） and cataract are the main causes of vision loss, and often coexist. Patients with diabetes are more likely to have cataracts and earlier onset than non-diabetics. Therefore, cataract surgery is more necessary for patients with diabetes mellitus combined with cataract surgery, not only for improving vision but also for timely screening and treatment of DR. But there are still some patients whose vision is not improved after surgery. Studies have shown that cataract surgery can accelerate the progress of DR, resulting in increased incidence of macular edema than that of normal population, which is the main reason for the poor eyesight of patients with diabetes after cataract surgery.
