摘要 胎儿炎症反应综合征(FIRS)是全身炎症反应综合征在胎儿期的特殊表现形式,是引发早产儿脏器损伤的重要因素,也是早产儿肺损伤的主要病因之一。早产儿肺损伤的代表性疾病为支气管肺发育不良(BPD),BPD被认为是早产儿主要致死性疾病的一种,且患儿发育至儿童期后罹患哮喘等慢性呼吸系统疾病的概率大大增加,严重影响其后生存质量。目前BPD的发生多归咎于肺泡化及肺泡微血管发育受阻,但在FIRS这一病理状态下,BPD的发病机制尚不明确,多种细胞因子如何参与疾病过程仍需探究。 The fetal inflammatory response syndrome(FIRS) is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome in prenatal special forms,which is one of the important factors causing premature visceral injury, and also one of the leading causes of premature myocardial damage. A typical condition of lung injury in pretcrm infants is bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD). BPD is considered to be one of the leading fatal diseases in preterm infants, and the risk of developing chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma is significantly increased during childhood. Currently, BPD is mainly attributed to the impaired alveolarization and alveolar microvascular development. However, under the pathology of FIRS, the pathogenesis of BPD is not clear and how various cytokines are involved in the disease process still needs to be explored.
