摘要
为了解广西规模化食蟹猴饲养场人兽共患肠道原虫阿米巴的感染情况,采集广西4个食蟹猴饲养场各年龄段猴的新鲜粪便样品共计965份,采用直接涂片法和水洗沉淀法检测,取样涂于载玻片上,进行卢氏碘液染色,制片后于显微镜下测量观察。结果表明,4个食蟹猴饲养场阿米巴原虫平均感染率分别为6.9%、54.5%、32.9%、36.5%;其中种猴群分别为8.0%、59.3%、26.7%、48.3%,幼猴群为5.1%、53.3%、31.7%、37.7%,常规猴群为7.8%、51.7%、34.3%、23.3%。此次调查的4个猴场均不同程度的存在阿米巴原虫感染,各年龄段猴群(种猴群、幼猴群、常规猴群)其阿米巴原虫感染率无显著差异(P<0.05)。
To understand the infection of Amebic Protozoa in Machins of large-scale farms in Guangxi, 965 feces samples of all age groups of Machines were collected from 4 Machin farms in Guangxi.Direct smear examination and washed precipitated methods were used.Samples were observed by optical microscope af- ter smeared on glass slide and stained by Lugol ;s iodine.The results showed that infection rates of Amebic Protozoa in 4 farms were 6.9% ,54.5% ,32.9% and 36.5% ,respectively.The infection rates of breeding Machine group were 8.0% ,59.3 % ,26.7% and 48.3 % ,respectively.The infection rates of young Machine group were 5.1% ,53.3% ,31.7% and 37.7% ,respectively.The infection rates of adult Machine group were 7.8%, 51.7 %, 34.3 % and 23.3 %, respectively.The data suggested that Amebic Protozoa existed in large-scale Machine farms in Guangxi.The infection rate of all age Machine groups was no significant difference.
