清肺抑毒汤加减在病毒感染性肺炎患者中的疗效及对肺损伤的改善作用研究

Effect of modified Qingfei Yidu decoction in patients with virus infectious pneumonia and improvement role for pulmonary injury

目的观察清肺抑毒汤加减在病毒感染性肺炎患者中的疗效及对肺损伤的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月期间医院诊治的60例病毒感染性肺炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例;对照组给予常规病毒感染性肺炎治疗,试验组则在对照组的基础上加用清肺抑毒汤加减治疗;比较两组的临床总有效率、症状体征改善时间、治疗前后的血清肺表面活性物质及肺功能指标。结果治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);试验组的退热、止咳、肺啰音消失及肺部阴影吸收时间均短于对照组;试验组的血清肺表面活性物质表达水平均低于对照组,肺功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺抑毒汤加减在病毒感染性肺炎中的临床疗效较好,且对肺损伤具有更好的改善作用,因此在病毒感染性肺炎患者中的应用价值较高。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of modified Qingfei Yidu decoction in patients with virus infectious pneumonia and improvement role for pulmonary injury.METHODS A total of 60 patients with virus pneumonia in hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2017 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment of virus infectious pneumonia,and in observation group were treated with modified Qingfei Yidu decoction on the basic treatment of control group.Then the total effective rates,improvement time of symptoms and signs,serum pulmonary surfactants and pulmonary function indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00% of control group（P〈0.05）.The defervescence time,cough disappear time,pulmonary rale loss and pulmonary shadow absorption time of observation group were all shorter than those of control group.The serum pulmonary surfactants levels of observation group were all lower than those of control group,the pulmonary function indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group,and the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe clinical effect of modified Qingfei Yidu decoction in patients with virus infectious pneumonia is good,and it has better improvement role for pulmonary injury,so its application value in patients with virus infectious pneumonia is high.
