rhG-GSF联合抗菌药物对急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并感染患者血清炎症因子的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨重组人粒细胞刺激因子(rhG-CSF)联合抗菌药物对急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并感染患者血清炎症因子的影响,为进行白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并感染的治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年1月-12月期间住院的急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并感染的患者60例,随机分为联合组与对照组,每组30例,两组患者均给予抗菌药物治疗,联合组联合rhG-GSF治疗;观察两组患者临床指标。结果联合组中性粒细胞恢复正常时间、体温恢复正常时间、抗菌药物使用时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3d后,中性粒细胞高于治疗前(P<0.05),PCT、CRP、IL-6低于治疗前(P<0.05),且以上指标水平联合组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 rhG-GSF联合抗菌药物治疗急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并感染有助于快速改善炎症反应,缩短症状改善时间。 OBJECTIVE To investigate recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)and antibacterial agents on serum of inflammatory cytokines in patients with agranulocytosis and bacterial infections after chemotherapy of acute leukemia,so as to provide references for treatment of agranulocytosis and bacterial infection after chemotherapy of acute leukemia.METHODS A total of 60 cases of patients with agranulocytosis and bacterial infection after chemotherapy of acute leukemia from Jan.2016 to Dec.2016 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and joint group,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given antimicrobial treatment,and patients in joint group were treated with combined rhG-GSF.Clinical indexes of the two groups were observed.RESULTS The neutrophils returned to normal time,body temperature returned to normal time,and antimicrobial drug use time of joint group were shorter than those of control group(P〈0.05).After 3 d of treatment,neutrophils level was higher than that before treatment(P〈0.05),PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels were lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and the improvement of the above indexes in joint group was better than that in control group(P 〈0.05).CONCLUSION Combination of rhG-CSF and antibacterial agents in the treatment of patients with agranulocytosis and bacterial infection after chemotherapy of acute leukemia can help to rapidly improve inflammation and shorten improvement time of symptoms.
