全方位立体干预措施预防种植牙医院感染的效果研究

Effect of omni-directional stereo intervention on prevention of nosocomial infections in patients with oral implant surgery

目的探究全方位立体干预措施对口腔种植手术患者医院感染控制的效果及影响。方法选取2014年8月-2016年7月于医院口腔种植科行口腔种植手术的180例患者作为研究对象,将2014年8月-2015年7月未采取措施的89例作为对照组,采取常规护理干预措施;将2015年8月-2016年7月采取措施后的91例作为试验组,采用全方位立体干预措施;比较两组患者的手术室内空气、医疗器械和医护人员手部的消毒效果以及患者医院感染发生率。结果试验组的口腔种植手术室空气消毒效果合格率为92.31%,高于对照组的62.92%(P<0.05);试验组的口腔种植手术室器械消毒效果合格率为96.70%,高于对照组的71.91%(P<0.05);试验组患者的口腔种植手术室医护人员手部消毒效果合格率为95.60%,高于对照组的59.55%(P<0.05);试验组的医院感染率为4.40%,低于对照组的医院感染率14.61%(P<0.05)。结论全方位立体干预措施对口腔种植手术患者医院感染有积极的影响,医院必须加强对口腔种植手术室的全方位立体干预管理措施,认真执行无菌操作规程,才能有效提高口腔种植术的成功率,降低患者的医院感染率,从而保证医疗质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of omni-directional stereo intervention on nosocomial infection control in patients undergoing oral implant surgery.METHODS A total of 180 cases of patients with implant surgery in the department of stomatology of our hospital from Aug.2014 to Jul.2016 were selected as the research objects.Totally 89 cases with routine nursing intervention from Aug.2014 to Jul.2015 were set as control group,and 91 cases with omni-directional stereo intervention from Aug.2015 to Jul.2016 were set as observation group.The disinfection effect of operating room air,medical equipment and medical staff and the incidence of nosocomial infection between the two groups were compared.RESULTS The qualified rate of dental operation room air disinfection of observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 62.92% of control group（P〈 0.05）.The qualified rate of disinfection efficacy of dental operation room of observation group was 96.70%,which was significantly higher than 71.91% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The qualified rate of hand disinfection of dental operation room of observation group was 95.60%,which was significantly higher than 59.55% of control group（P〈0.05）.The nosocomial infection rate of observation group was 4.40%,which was significantly lower than 14.61%of control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Omni-directional stereo intervention measures have positive effects on nosocomial infections in dental implant patients,the hospital must strengthen omni-directional stereo intervention measures and seriously implement the aseptic operation,which can effectively improve the success rate of dental implant surgery,reduce the nosocomial infection rate,so as to ensure the quality of medical care.
