黄陇侏罗纪煤田彬长矿区4号煤层气化、液化特征研究

Study on Coal No.4 Gasification and Liquefaction Characteristics in Binchang Mining Area,Huanglong Jurassic Coalfield

为了实现彬长矿区优质煤炭资源的清洁高效利用,在对以往勘查钻孔的煤质化验资料统计分析和系统采样测试的基础上,对矿区主采煤层4号煤的煤岩、煤质特征进行详细分析,并编制了主要煤质指标的等值线分布图,论述了硫分、灰分、挥发分、氢碳原子比的分布规律,并参照气化、液化用煤的煤质评价指标体系对4号煤的气化、液化特征进行划分,划分结果显示:彬长矿区4号煤层原煤以适合常压固定床气化为主,部分适合流化床气化,对该矿区煤炭资源的洁净高效利用具有指导意义。

To realize clean and high efficiency utilization of high quality coal resources from the Binchang mining area,based on previous exploratory borehole coal quality tested data statistical analysis and systematic sample tests,carried out detailed analysis for mining area main mineable coal No.4 coal petrological and coal quality features.Then compiled main coal quality indicator isograms,discussed distribution pattern of sulfur,ash,volatile matter and hydrogen to carbon atomic ratio.Referred to coal for gasification and liquefaction quality assessment system carried out partitioning for gasification and liquefaction characteristics of coal No.4.The result has shown that the raw coal of coal No.4 is mainly propitious to constant pressure fixed bed gasification,part propitious to fluidized bed gasification.The study has guiding significance in mining area coal resource clean and high efficiency utilization.
