摘要
为实现对机器视觉系统中硬件设备的控制,设计了I/O控制板。该控制板以母板、子板形式设计,母板使用FPGA作为核心器件,通过多个I/O扩展脚连接子板上的外围电路与器件。在研究隔离式输入输出电路、三极管及MOS管工作原理的基础上,完成外围电路设计。通过编写相关程序实现对工业相机、光源以及执行机构的驱动控制以及与其他设备间的信号交互。
In order to realize controlling the hardware devices applied in machine vision system,it designed the I/O control board.The board contains mother board and daughter board,with mother board using FPGA as the core device,while the peripheral circuit and devices on the daughter board are connected with multiple I/O expansion feet.The peripheral circuit design is completed based on the research on the principles of isolated input and output circuit,transistor and MOS.Moreover,it can realize the drive control of industrial camera,light source and actuator,and signal interaction with other devices by writing the corresponding program.
