血清性激素及5-羟色胺在更年期抑郁患者体内的表达及临床价值

Expression of serum sex hormone and serotonin in patients with menopausal depression and its clinical value

目的对更年期抑郁女性血清性激素和5-羟色胺检测水平的临床价值进行深入分析。方法对照组60例为我院安排体检的健康围绝经期女性,观察组90例为我院就诊的更年期抑郁女性,对比两组血清卵泡刺激素、雌二醇及5-羟色胺检测数值。结果观察组血清卵泡刺激素检测值与对照组比较明显较高,血清雌二醇和5-羟色胺检测值与对照组比较明显较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素和5-羟色胺表达水平在女性更年期抑郁患者体内明显下降,卵泡刺激素水平明显升高,可以适当采用激素替代疗法。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum sex hormone and serotonin in menopausal depressive women.Methods Sixty patients in the control group were healthy menopausal women,90 patients from our hospital in menopausal depression women were observation group.The values of serum follicle-stimulating hormone,estradiol and serotonin detection were compared in the two groups.Results The level of serum FSH in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The serum estradiol and serotonin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Estrogen and serotonin levels in female menopausal depression patients decrease significantly,follicle-stimulating hormone levels significantly increase,so appropriate hormone replacement therapy can be used.
