谢晶日教授分期论治溃疡性结肠炎经验探析

Experience of Professor Xie Jingri in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by Stages

溃疡性结肠炎属临床难治疾病,近几年中医药在治疗本病方面取得较好疗效。本文介绍了谢晶日教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验,治疗上谢晶日教授主张在中医辨证的基础上进行分期论治,发作期以祛除邪实为主,缓解期以扶正为要。同时将中医宏观辨证与现代医学微观辨病相结合,中医内治与外治相辅相成。除此之外,谢晶日教授还特别强调注重对患者的饮食和心理调护,以防病情复发。

Ulcerative colitis is a clinically difficult disease. In recent years, it made some progress in the treat- ment of this disease by TCM.This article we introduce professor Xie＇s experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Professor Xie thinks that,we should treat this by stages on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation. We should focus on treating symptoms and the root causes according to acute-outbreak period and catabatic period.At the same time,we use many treatments like Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation combined with microscopic disease of Modern Medicine, Chinese herbal decoction for oral taking and enema. In addition, to pre- vent the recurrence of the disease,professor Xie also emphasized on the patient＇s diet and psychological nursing.
