摘要
从一项科研课题的具体研究,进而思考中西医临床研究的特点和区别。认为中医临床研究完全照搬现代医学临床研究的方法是不合适的。因为中西医理论体系的不同,中医的临床研究,只能以重视理法层面的对比研究而相对忽略方药层面的研究,并以临床疗效来作为主要评价标准的研究方法。
From a specific scientific research,we consider the characteristics and differences between clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. It is inappropriate for clinical research of tradi- tional Chinese medicine to completely copy the methods of modern medical clinical research, because of the difference between Chinese medicine and Western medicine theory system. Traditional Chinese medicine clinical re- search only pays attention to the comparative study of theory and law level, relatively ignores the study of the level of medicine, and takes the clinical efficacy as the main evaluation criteria of research methods.
