承气化瘀方灌肠联合西药治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Retention Enema of Chengqi Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Acute Pancreatitis

目的观察承气化瘀方灌肠联合西药治疗轻中度急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将患者63例按随机数字表法分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行承气化瘀方保留灌肠。观察症状及血淀粉酶、血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)恢复正常时间。结果治疗组在首次排便时间,腹部压痛时间、CRP恢复正常时间较对照组均有显著的缩短和减少;治疗组总显效率明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论承气化瘀方灌肠联合西药治疗轻中度急性胰腺炎,可明显缓解胰腺炎部分症状,改善全身炎症反应,缩短治疗时间。

Objective： To investigate the effects of retention enema of Chengqi Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine on acute pancreatitis. Methods： 63 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups. The control group （30） were treated with routine Western medicine ;the observation group （33） received retention enema of Chengqi Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The symptoms,blood amylase, blood routine and CRP returning to normal were observed. Results： Compared with the control group, the obser- vation group were significantly shortened and reduced in the first defecation time, abdominal tenderness time and CRP recovery time ;the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Retention enema ＂of Chengqi Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine on mild to moderate acute pancreatitis can significantly relieve the symptoms of pancreatitis,improve systemic inflammatory response and shorten the treatment time.
